What You’ll Do
- Write accurate, detailed collision repair estimates
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and timelines
- Work directly with technicians and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate with insurance companies; follow DRP guidelines
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
- Prior estimating experience (CCC One preferred)
- Strong understanding of collision repair processes
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment
- DRP experience is a plus
