The estimated annual earnings range for this position is from $70,000 to $180,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off department net and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, and department production (flat rate hours sold). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Who We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience dealership service and/or parts management
- Ford brand experience preferred, but not required
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial operating reports
- Continually train, develop, and mentor all service and parts staff
- Resolve customer concerns as needed
- Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis of service & parts operations performance (financial, CSI, warranty trends, inventory performance, facility utilization, head counts, pay plans), processes and their execution.
- Assist GM to achieve AOP in net profit, meet or exceed OEM CSI and service retention standards, in development of and follow-up on store/department action plans and monitor the results
- Help introduce and implement new tools and products which help improve productivity, save expense and improve customer retention
