- Assist certified technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
- Learn Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems, tools, and repair processes
- Document work performed on repair orders accurately and thoroughly
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver an exceptional ownership experience
