Position Summary
Litetronics is seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to manage, maintain, secure, and improve the company’s IT infrastructure and network environment. This role will support day-to-day operations across ERP systems, cloud services, cybersecurity, user access management, warehouse operations, remote connectivity, and overall business systems reliability.
The ideal candidate is practical, organized, responsive, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial manufacturing and distribution environment where systems, processes, and infrastructure are evolving and improving over time.
Primary Responsibilities
Network & Infrastructure Management
- Maintain and support company network infrastructure including:
- Firewalls
- Switches
- Wireless access points
- VPN connectivity
- Internet circuits
- Remote access systems
- Monitor network performance, uptime, and reliability
- Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and hardware issues
- Coordinate with external MSPs, ISPs, and technology vendors
Cybersecurity & Access Control
- Manage user accounts, permissions, MFA/2FA, and access policies
- Ensure proper onboarding/offboarding procedures
- Help implement cybersecurity best practices and policies
- Monitor security alerts and assist with remediation efforts
- Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Maintain documentation related to security procedures and infrastructure
Systems & Business Applications Support
- Support systems including:
- NetSuite ERP
- Microsoft 365
- Email systems
- EDI platforms
- Warehouse and shipping systems
- CRM and marketing platforms
- Help departments improve system usage and operational efficiency
- Coordinate system integrations and troubleshoot operational issues
Operational & Vendor Management
- Manage and hold MSPs and vendors accountable to response times and deliverables
- Track IT tickets, recurring issues, and infrastructure risks
- Help prioritize IT projects and system improvements
- Maintain documentation for:
- Network architecture
- Hardware inventory
- User permissions
- Standard operating procedures
Strategic Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve:
- Security
- Scalability
- Reliability
- Operational efficiency
- User experience
- Help create more structured and scalable IT processes as the company grows
Qualifications
Required
- 3 to 5 years of network administration or IT infrastructure experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365
- Networking fundamentals
- Firewalls and VPNs
- Windows environments
- User access management
- Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple issues
Preferred
- Experience with:
- NetSuite ERP
- Manufacturing or distribution companies
- MSP coordination
- Cybersecurity frameworks
- EDI systems
- Shopify or eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with:
- Cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
