JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy for our AC-DC power supply systems, DC-DC power module portfolios, and next-generation 800 Vdc power delivery solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product management, engineering, and sales, translating technical power architecture (rectifiers, PFC front-ends, bus converters, point-of-load modules, high-voltage DC distribution) into compelling market positioning. Primary target customers are hyperscalers (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft) and Tier 1 OEMs (e.g., Cisco, Dell, HPE etc), as the industry transitions toward higher-voltage DC power architectures for AI/HPC data centers.
1. Product & Market Strategy
- Own the market positioning and messaging for AC-DC power shelves/systems, DC-DC power modules (IBC, POL, BMP), and 800 Vdc high-voltage power delivery solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and TAM/SAM sizing focused on hyperscaler (Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft) and Tier 1 OEM (Cisco, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Arista, Juniper) accounts.
- Track power density, efficiency (80 PLUS/Titanium tiers), and power architecture trends (48V, 400 Vdc, 800 Vdc, PSU redundancy schemes).
- Monitor emerging 800 Vdc ecosystem standards and initiatives (e.g., OCP/industry consortium efforts around HVDC ) and their implications for AI/HPC rack power delivery.
- Build cost/BOM models and pricing strategy in partnership with product management.
2. Go-to-Market Execution
- Develop launch plans, sales enablement materials, and technical collateral (datasheets, white papers, application notes).
- Partner with sales engineering to support key account strategies and RFQ/RFP responses for hyperscaler and Tier 1 OEM accounts.
- Build and maintain deep account-level intelligence on hyperscaler and T1 OEM power roadmaps, qualification cycles, and supplier scorecards.
- Create customer-facing ROI and TCO models comparing power architectures.
3. Voice of Customer & Roadmap Input
- Gather requirements directly from hyperscaler and Tier 1 OEM customers on power density, efficiency, and thermal targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with hyperscaler power architecture teams and T1 OEM procurement/engineering stakeholders.
- Translate customer needs into product requirement documents (PRDs) for engineering.
- Represent customer perspective in roadmap planning reviews.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with engineering to understand technical trade-offs (topology, magnetics, silicon carbide/GaN adoption).
- Align with corporate marketing on trade show presence (OCP Summit, APEC, DesignCon).
- Support trade show (Computex / OCP / GTC etc) and press briefings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with strong technical aptitude in power electronics.
- 5 years in product marketing, product management, or applications engineering within power electronics, semiconductors, or power supply industries.
- Direct experience engaging hyperscaler and/or Tier 1 OEM customers (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, Lenovo).
- Working knowledge of AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion topologies and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable building financial/market models (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and executive audiences.
- Familiarity with 48V and 800 Vdc architectures, GaN/SiC power devices, or open compute (OCP) power specifications is preferred.
- Awareness of emerging AI/HPC data center power delivery trends and the shift toward high-voltage DC distribution is preferred.
- Existing relationships/network within hyperscaler power architecture or T1 OEM procurement organizations is preferred.
- Experience presenting at industry conferences (APEC, OCP Summit) is preferred.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
1. Require good communications and good interpersonal characteristics.
2. Willing to learn.
3. Self-motivated personality
