Job description
Litehouse Pools & Spas is seeking motivational, persuasive, and organized individuals for our Store Manger position.
Managers will enjoy the opportunity to support a team and provide quick and detailed solutions and peace of mind to individuals and families by supporting a store staff that provides family home entertainment products such as swimming pools, hot tubs and outdoor furniture.
We are a well-established and successful company that has been providing family entertainment products to the area since 1959. As a locally owned business, we pride ourselves on offering some of the best home-based family-style entertainment products available at affordable prices.
Store Manager will direct a team to:
· Work effectively to meet the needs of our staff and customers to best fill their desire for family home entertainment.
· Quickly responding to staff and customer needs from our existing large customer base.
· Support the staff in providing an exceptional client experience.
· Develop and maintain relationships with staff and clients to encourage a great experience.
Store Manager should be:
· Self-Starter and intuitive
· Competent with numbers and systems with the ability to multi-task
· Socially oriented
· Resourceful and adaptable to change
· Persevering and work well under pressure
This position requires weekend availability
Successful applicants’ compensation will include:
· An hourly base plus uncapped commission compensation structure

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
