Litehouse Products is hiring immediately for an IT Technician. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Monitor/Install Software updates, backups, antivirus and security systems
- Maintain networks at multiple locations using monitoring software
- Provide help desk on-site and remote support
- Troubleshooting and repair of PC's, Servers, and other network devices
- Install and troubleshoot software applications
- Some on-site visits to our company locations will be required
- Documentation of all issues, updates and issue resolution
- Able to work independently
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience in the IT field
- A certification, Network , MCSE a plus
- Ability to Implement and maintain all Microsoft Server System Roles and Features (Active Directory, Group Policy’s, IIS6-7, DHCP, DNS, FTP, WSUS, Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services, etc.)
- Experience with Network Administration
- Experience with ScreenConnect/SmartConnect software
- Experience Installing/Upgrading Windows domain environments
- Experience with VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Experience with Firewall/Router configuration
- Experience with SQL Databases
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Proven network analysis and diagnostic skills
- Ability to implement quick and effective solutions to network problems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
