What You'll Do
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, load, unload, and stack materials
- Pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely
- Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems
- Ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards
- Keep workspaces clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties
- Uphold and follow Food Safety and Quality policies at all times
- Work overtime and weekends as required
What you bring:
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Forklift experience preferred (we'll provide certification if needed)
- Comfortable working in a cool, refrigerated environment
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
