Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney position based in our Fort Worth, TX office. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting case research, drafting legal documents, participating in negotiations, and representing clients in Labor and Employment Law and other legal matters. The role will require collaboration with partners, clients, and other legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes for cases.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding and expertise in Law, with specialization in Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and handling complex legal matters effectively
- Strong Research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective Negotiation abilities and problem-solving skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in the state of Texas
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple cases or projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in a law firm or a similar professional setting is preferred
