Requirements
- 2-5 years of general litigation experience.
- Trial experience preferred but not required.
- Active member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Demonstrated project management, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other substantive legal documents.
- Prepare and present cases in court, advocating effectively by arguing facts and applying relevant law.
- Exercise independent judgment to ensure compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct legal research and develop strategic case approaches.
- Maintain organized case management practices and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
