POSITION TITLE: Line Cook MID SHIFT
FLSA STATUS: Hourly
SCHEDULE: Full-Time / Part-Time
LOCATION: 557 Delsea Dr N, Glassboro, NJ
REPORTS TO: Kitchen Manager / Food Service Manager
DIRECT REPORTS (if applicable): N/A
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Liscio’s Italian Bakery, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to join our team at our new location. The ideal candidate
will have basic food preparation experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to food safety and
quality. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring food safety, and
maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are met at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas.
Assist with ingredient prep, portioning, and stocking kitchen supplies as needed.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
Follow all safety and company policies, including proper use of kitchen equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen
operations.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous food preparation or line cook experience preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
Experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment is preferred.
