We are looking for a Bookkeeper with the following qualifications to join our team.
Bookkeeper to help manage multiple operations of basic data entry, reconciling financial statements, payroll reporting and the use of software systems. May also provide recommendations when needed through research and development on client accounting issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service. Candidate must have full understanding or ability to learn professional standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. A working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word and Quickbooks.
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or at least one year as a Bookkeeper
1-2 Years experience
Experience in reconciliation, general ledger and trial balance
Knowledge of double entry accounting
Payroll, Monthly Accounting writeups, State Withholding, Unemployment, Sales Tax Return and Federal Tax Deposit.
Excellent data entry skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written implementation, execution skills and problem solving skills.
Proficient statistical analysis, documenting and summarizing data according to programs, processes and policies.
