Job Summary
Lisa's Radial Cafe is seeking a friendly and dependable Breakfast Barista to support its busy breakfast and lunch service. This role is responsible for preparing coffee and other beverages, assisting guests with orders, maintaining a clean beverage station, and helping provide fast, welcoming service in a classic neighborhood café environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, iced beverages, and other drinks according to café standards.
- Take beverage and food orders accurately and provide friendly customer service.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked beverage station.
- Monitor coffee, milk, cups, syrups, and other supplies and restock as needed.
- Answer guest questions about beverages and menu selections.
- Process customer payments accurately when assigned.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to keep orders moving efficiently.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and beverage-quality standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general café duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33.0 per week
