Job Summary
Bailey's Breakfast & Lunch is seeking a friendly and dependable Breakfast Barista to support its busy morning and lunch service. This role prepares coffee and other beverages, assists guests with orders, maintains a clean beverage station, and helps create a welcoming experience in a fast-paced breakfast restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, iced beverages, and other menu drinks according to recipes.
- Take beverage and food orders accurately and provide friendly guest service.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked beverage station.
- Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies and restock as needed.
- Answer guest questions about beverages and menu selections.
- Process customer payments accurately when assigned.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to keep orders moving efficiently.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and beverage-quality standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages.
- Friendly personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

About The Company
Bailey's Breakfast & Lunch is a locally owned Omaha breakfast and lunch restaurant serving made-to-order American breakfast and lunch favorites. The restaurant has operated since 2007 and is located at 1259 South 120th Street, with daily hours from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34.0 per week
