Job Description:
We are excited to welcome a talented and experienced Video Production Manager to
our Health and Wellness Company. As the Video Production Manager, you will play a
pivotal role in leading our video production efforts, telling our brand story, and ensuring high-quality content creation. You will also be in charge of mentoring a team of Global Operators based in other countries to produce high-quality and trendy videos in multiple formats. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute to our team from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee and manage the entire video production process, from concept
development and pre-production to conceptualizing, filming, editing,
post-production, and distribution.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
and objectives, and translate them into effective video content that aligns with
our brand identity.
● Lead, mentor, and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and
creative environment for continuous growth and development.
● Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand vision,
resonates with our target audience, and effectively communicates our health
and wellness offerings.
● Direct the brand story through compelling visual narratives, ensuring
consistency in messaging and storytelling across all video content.
● Utilize industry-standard video editing software to create engaging, polished,
and professional videos that meet our brand standards.
● Conduct weekly calls with the video production team to discuss project
updates, provide feedback, address challenges, and ensure alignment with
project goals.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, techniques, and
technologies to continually enhance our video content quality and
effectiveness.
● Support the creation of QA (Quality Assurance) processes to maintain the
quality of the content. This may include subtitle revision, color correction,
audio editing, compliance with social media platform specifications, etc.
● Collaborate with external partners, such as freelancers or agencies, when
necessary to supplement video production capabilities.
● Ensure all video content adheres to copyright laws, usage rights, and other
relevant regulations.
● Take charge of video editing, especially during urgent situations, to ensure
timely delivery of high-quality content.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in film production, visual arts, marketing, or a related field.
Additional certifications in video production are a plus.
● Proven experience as a Video Production Manager or a similar role, preferably
within the health and wellness or related industries.
● Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,
Da Vinci Resolve) and other relevant creative tools.
● Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to direct and guide
the development of compelling brand narratives.
● Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for
mentoring and fostering team growth.
● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively
collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
● Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high production quality
and adhering to brand guidelines.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet
tight deadlines.
● Proficient in English (verbal and written).
● Holding a valid US visa is a plus or a US citizen
