CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SALE SUPPORT
JOB SUMMARY
In addition to being customer service over, this role assists with the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center, performing administrative tasks to support the Corporately owned and operated locations and working closely with other team members to deliver the Liquivida difference. This role knows how to enhance the customer experience through positivism and superb product knowledge.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Service inbound calls coming from multiple marketing programs, including but not limited to Facebook and Google Ads, Groupon, and YouTube.
Provide knowledge on the different medical products and IV services offered at our various locations.
Call leads generated, leave voicemails, and log all interactions into our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Multi task and chat with prospects, customers, and website visitors encouraging them to book an appointment at one of our locations.
Consistently identify opportunities to convert prospects into customers for our various locations.
Modify appointment schedules and/or book prospects for store appointments.
Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
Create invoices in EMR, collect payment in EMR and schedule appointments in EMR ( Zenoti) for leads and clients.
Handle general customer service and administrative duties.
Perform appropriate duties as assigned by Management.
Salary : $18 - $20
