Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to Sam Tejada the Chief Executive Officer at Liquivida, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and ensuring seamless diary and calendar management. Additional responsibilities include coordinating administrative tasks, podcast cordination, managing internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, and ensuring efficient organizational workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage day-to-day operations effectively
- Experience with Executive Support and handling confidential and time-sensitive matters
- Strong skills in Expense Reports and Diary Management to ensure smooth financial and schedule management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in google Suite and relevant - monday management tools
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and adjust to rapidly changing priorities
- Previous experience supporting senior-level executives is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is a plus
