Job Summary: We are seeking a charismatic, high-energy Luxury Retail Sales Consultant to join our elite showroom team. In this role, you will act as a gallery guide and brand ambassador. You will build deep relationships with affluent tourists and private collectors, walking them through our one-of-a-kind inventory—from custom-made 14k gold diamond rings to massive, breathtaking raw crystal formations. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Luxury Sales: Welcome guests into our dynamic showroom environment, proactively building rapport through genuine conversation, natural history education, and tailored design styling.
- Master the Inventory: Learn the unique origins, values, and characteristics of our custom jewelry collections, fine minerals, rare artifacts, and precious gemstones.
- Clienteling & Follow-Up: Cultivate lasting relationships with high-net-worth visitors, maintaining an organized client book to update collectors when rare new items arrive.
- Merchandising Excellence: Help maintain a visually flawless, secure gallery floor, ensuring our high-value showcases, unique lighting, and massive crystal displays look museum-perfect.
- Transaction Management: Facilitate seamless high-value transactions, customized orders, and safely process payments through our point-of-sale system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1–2 years of high-end luxury retail, fine art gallery, upscale jewelry, or premium hospitality/concierge experience is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal storytelling skills; ability to connect instantly with a diverse, upscale tourist demographic.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak ski/festival season hours corresponding with our evening gallery schedule.
- Attributes: Highly organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to meet and exceed individual sales goals.
