Duties

- Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and cash drawer balancing with precision and integrity
- Assist customers with product demos and upselling to enhance their purchase experience
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive and well-maintained
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to planograms and store standards
Skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations for efficient checkout processes
- Previous supervising experience or leadership skills to guide team members when needed
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs
