As a Brand Representative, you'll represent leading brands at live events, retail activations, promotional campaigns, and community events, creating memorable customer experiences while driving brand awareness and sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion: Act as the face of the brand by engaging directly with customers at events, promotional activations, and marketing campaigns. Build rapport, answer questions, and create positive customer experiences that strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Sales & Customer Acquisition: Identify customer needs, present products and services effectively, and guide customers through the sales process. Contribute to customer acquisition goals while helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and promotional presentations that highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions. Develop confidence in public-facing communication and consultative selling techniques.
- Event Marketing & Campaign Execution: Support the successful execution of marketing events by assisting with event setup, coordination, and breakdown. Ensure brand standards and campaign objectives are consistently achieved.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong interpersonal relationships with customers, colleagues, and event attendees through professional communication, active listening, and exceptional customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and event teams to achieve performance targets, contribute ideas, and support overall campaign success.
