Lionscape is looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our landscape crews.

No landscaping experience? That's okay.

We can teach landscaping. What we can't teach is showing up, working hard, caring about the finished product, and being someone your team can count on.

Entry-level team members with no experience start at $18.50/hour, with most experienced and high-performing crew members earning $20–$30/hour based on skill, responsibility and performance.

Duties

• Our crews work on a variety of outdoor projects throughout the York area, including:
• Landscape installations and renovations
• Planting trees, shrubs and perennials
• Mulch and decorative stone installation
• Property and seasonal cleanups
• Shrub and tree trimming
• Sod and lawn installations
• Landscape lighting
• General landscape enhancement projects
• Professional Christmas light installation during our holiday season.

Every day isn't exactly the same — and we like it that way.

Who We're Looking For

Experience is great, but work ethic matters more.

You should:

• Be dependable and show up on time, ready to work
• Enjoy working outside and be comfortable working in different weather conditions
• Be able to perform physical work throughout the day, including lifting, bending, digging and carrying materials
• Follow directions and be willing to learn
• Care about doing a job correctly, not just getting it done
• Work well as part of team
• Take care of company tools, equipment, and client property
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Take pride in the finished product

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are strongly preferred. Team members who drive company vehicles must be able to meet company/DOT driving requirements.

What Lionscape Offers
