- Ensure residents receive top-notch care (and maybe a smile or two).
- Supervise nursing staff with a mix of leadership and camaraderie.
- Collaborate on care plans, tackle staffing challenges, and channel your inner Sherlock Holmes for problem-solving.
- Keep things clean, safe, and running like a well-oiled (but also caring) machine.
- Maryland RN license (we’re sticklers for the official stuff).
- A sense of humor bonus points if you’ve got a good one liner about long-term care.
- Experience in long-term care- Even better.
- The ability to lift spirits (and occasionally, residents).
- Management/Supervising Experience
Salary : $83,200 - $93,600
