As an Activity Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating and leading programs that inspire, energize, and connect with our amazing residents.

The Role: Activity Assistant

As our newest team member, you'll be responsible for planning and leading group and one-on-one activities tailored to our residents' unique interests. You'll be the heartbeat of fun and engagement, tracking participation and progress, and building meaningful connections with residents, families, and staff. Your mission is to make every day extraordinary!

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead group and one-on-one activities, including programs that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents
• Welcome new residents and make them feel at home
• Collaborate with community volunteers to bring fresh energy and ideas to our activity calendar
• Prioritize safety and infection control while keeping the fun rolling
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Participate in care plan development and implementation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for a year of experience in a similar role!)
• Passion for people and creating moments that matter
• Team spirit, bubbly personality, and the ability to make everyone feel included
