The Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to lead and grow client relationships within a structured, planning-focused environment.
This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial advice, including investment strategy, retirement planning, and coordination across tax and estate considerations. The advisor will work directly with clients to develop and implement planning strategies aligned with long-term objectives.
The position requires a balance of relationship management, technical planning, and business development. Advisors are supported by Lions Gate’s planning infrastructure, operational resources, and collaborative team, allowing them to focus on building and maintaining meaningful client relationships.

The advisor will be expected to contribute to client retention and growth while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a personal book of business through relationship-driven growth
Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance
Establish and maintain long-term client relationships grounded in trust
Collaborate with internal team members to support planning and client service
Utilize firm resources and systems to enhance efficiency and client outcomes
Maintain accurate and compliant client documentation
Qualifications
Experience in financial advising, wealth management, or finance industry
Demonstrated ability or strong desire to build and manage client relationships
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies clearly
Series 65 or 66 required (or ability to obtain)
CFP® designation preferred
