About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Work Machine Operator to join our team and perform dirt work on a variety of outdoor construction projects. All fuel, machine, and material costs are covered by the employer. This role includes operating heavy equipment for:
- Patio Excavation, Gunite Pools, and Footings
- Landscaping and Landscape Repair
- Drainage and Septic System Installations (Septic license preferred)
- Site Preparation (Setting elevations, erosion control, and safety compliance)

Requirements:
- Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, backhoes, etc.)
- Knowledge of grading, excavation, and site preparation
- Ability to read plans and set elevations
- Understanding of erosion control & safety compliance
- OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Septic license preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various conditions
