Content Creation & ManagementProduce engaging content for social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), Google, website, and other channels.Oversee posting and implement schedules, brand consistency, and messaging strategy.Maintain and update media libraries.Digital Marketing & AdvertisingManage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Indeed.Track, analyze, and optimize ad performance to drive qualified leads.Build and manage retargeting funnels and audience segmentation.Website & SEO ManagementUpdate website content, project pages, forms, graphics, and landing pages.Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and visibility.Manage Lions Creek’s Google Business profiles and ensure accurate, optimized listings.Campaign DevelopmentCreate and launch targeted marketing campaigns tailored to our ideal client demographics.Build campaign briefs, landing pages, outreach scripts, and performance tracking.Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging, drive lead quality, and increase conversions.Cross-Department CollaborationWork closely with the sales team to ensure marketing is aligned with current needs.Assist ownership in executing growth-focused initiatives and expanding Lions Creek’s market presence.Provide weekly reporting on campaigns, performance, and recommendations.Optional / Preferred SkillsPhoto and video editing (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)On-site filming and content capture of active projectsDrone photography and videographyGraphic design or branding experienceWe’re looking for someone who is:Ambitious and excited to help grow a fast-expanding design-build construction company.Both creative and organized—you can come up with big ideas, but also execute them on schedule.Results-driven and eager to use marketing to create real business impact.A proactive collaborator who thrives in a focused, high-performing environment.Entrepreneurial and adaptable—comfortable wearing multiple hats as we grow.Company DescriptionLions Creek is a design and build firm that focuses solely on creating one-of-a-kind outdoor projects.
