Lionheart Landscaping is seeking an experienced, professional hardscape installer to join our growing team. We are not looking for entry-level laborers. We are looking for true craftsmen. A professional who takes pride in precision, production quality, creativity, and building elite outdoor spaces.
This position is specifically for an experienced hardscape technician and installer with strong knowledge in high-end landscape construction and hardscape installation.
Our projects include:
- Paver pathways and patios
- Flagstone decking and walkways
- Cobblestone installs
- Retaining walls
- Decorative gravel and rock systems
- Dry creek beds and drainage integration
- Concrete and stamped concrete installs
- Outdoor living spaces
- Grading and prep work
- Compaction and base preparation
- Luxury landscape design/build projects
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have professional hardscape installation experience
- Understand proper base prep, grading, drainage, and compaction
- Can install clean, professional-grade work with attention to detail

Experience with skid steers, compactors, saws, excavation equipment, concrete finishing, drainage systems, and premium hardscape materials is highly preferred.

While this position is focused on hardscape installation, our team works together across many different scopes including landscape construction, drainage, irrigation, grading, lighting, and full outdoor transformations.
Pay: $20.00 - $31.25 per hour
