As Lioness continues to grow, we are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager / Account Manager to help expand client relationships, support strategic growth initiatives, and contribute directly to revenue generation.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a highly motivated individual who thrives in relationship-driven environments and enjoys building business opportunities from the ground up.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing client relationships
  • Attending and leading client meetings
  • Identifying workforce and consulting opportunities
  • Supporting business development and pipeline growth
  • Working closely with recruiting and delivery teams
  • Managing follow-up activity and ongoing client engagement
  • Supporting MSP/VMS and direct-client opportunities where applicable
  • Helping drive strategic growth across Lioness service offerings

This role is ideal for someone with experience in staffing, workforce solutions, IT consulting, recruitment sales, or B2B relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in business development, account management, staffing, or consulting sales
  • Ability to manage and grow client relationships
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience with CRM platforms and workforce solutions tools is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in IT staffing, consulting, MSP/VMS environments, or workforce solutions is highly preferred

Compensation
