We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Client Operations Coordinator to join our team in an on-site, full-time role located in Marlboro, NJ. The Client Operations Coordinator will oversee key operational functions, liaise with clients to address and resolve inquiries, and ensure seamless coordination between various logistics and customer service teams. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, supporting daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, improving workflows, and assisting in administrative tasks as needed.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret and leverage data to inform operational decisions
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in Operations Management with knowledge of fulfillment, logistics workflows, and process optimization
• Customer Service expertise, including problem-solving and resolving escalations efficiently
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and task coordination
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in operations software and tools; familiarity with inventory and order management systems is a plus
