Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to our residents according to their individualized care plans, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a warm and welcoming environment
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatment, and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services
Requirements:
Current LPN/RN license in the state of Oklahoma
Previous experience in a long-term care or post-acute care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
