Maintaining accurate records of medication administration and resident activities
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Responsibilities:
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications to residents in accordance with their treatment plans and facility policies.
- Assistance with Daily Living Activities: Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities to ensure residents' independence and dignity.
- Vital Sign Monitoring: Monitor residents' vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of medication administration, vital signs, and resident activities.

Requirements:
Certification: Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
