Venue Operations Manager
Must have experience in event sales -social, corporate but specifically weddings. PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE.
Marketing the venue in person, online, email, creative Instagram/Facebook posts.
Must be able to walk several miles easily. The venue has a 5 buildings for overnight guests, plus a ballroom. Walking tours are a requirement plus walking the days of check in, event, and check out.
Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and punctual. Hours vary as event days are usually Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and some holidays.
Capable of selling an experience as the venue has packages that allow the rental of the property for the entire weekend. Showcase the property with pride and enthusiasm. Tours can be given at any time.
Must be adaptable/flexible to switch direction based on customer's needs. Must be able to handle stress & fast pace as the day of is sometimes stressful for the bridal party, vendors, and guests.
Communicates details to rest of the team(landscaper, vendors, bridal party, housekeeping etc.). Patience is extremely helpful!
Monthly reports for event, Instagram, Facebook tracking.
Reports directly to the owners.
Vacation & sick days are discussed at interview.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
