At Linwood Center, our Job Coaches work directly with individuals in community-based employment settings, providing hands-on guidance and encouragement. You’ll be part of a collaborative team with strong supervisor support and opportunities to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals at job sites to help them succeed in their roles
- Assist with developing vocational and life skills
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance during work tasks
- Support community integration and independence
- Provide transportation and support
- Track progress and complete required documentation
- Encourage independence and engagement
Training & Support
- We provide CPR certification
- We provide MANDT training
- We provide ongoing Core trainings
- Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors and lead
What You Bring
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication and coaching skills
