Service Desk Lead

Location: Brunswick, GA

The contractor should have experience in implementing ITIL-based methods of using industry-recognized Service Desk ticket management software, such as Ivanti HEAT.

Experience Requirements: 5 Years of detailed experience in Help Desk / Service Desk, coupled with five years of experience in IT, including operational, support, and management services.

  • Experience in implementing ITIL-based methods of using industry-recognized Service Desk ticket management software, such as Ivanti HEAT.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

Clearance Requirements: A minimum of an Active Secret Clearance/Tier 2 Investigation or higher is required to Start.
