Position Description:
- Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages projects for a variety of simultaneous initiatives of varying sizes.
- Supports cross functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams.
- Works with subject matter experts to document user acceptance test plans and coordinates the execution of user acceptance testing.
- Documents and tracks project changes, risks, and issues through resolution.
- Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Maintains and updates all documentation requirements.
- Communicates changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to translate conceptual requirements into business and functional requirements.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience managing projects across development lifecycles (analysis through implementation).
- Track record of successfully managing multiple projects of varying scope, size, and complexity.
Secondary Requirements:
- Familiar with software or systems development lifecycles.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing requirements.
Experience:
- 2 Years of business analysis experience
- 3 Years of project management experience
Requirements to Start:
- A Certified Scum Product Owner Certification is Required to Start
- An IAT I Certification (A CE, CCNA Security, Network CE, or SSCP) is Required to Start
- A NACLC Public Trust is Required to Start
