Programmer IILOCATION: 100% RemoteLinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Programmer II (ServiceNow Developer) to support the System Engineering and Management (SEAM) application under our U.S. Army TACOM CIO/G-6 IT Support contract.Position Overview:Programmer II (ServiceNow Developer) provides mid-level software development, sustainment, and integration support for the SEAM ServiceNow application suite, a mission-critical capability supporting TACOM's enterprise information environment. This fully remote position focuses on designing, configuring, and enhancing SEAM modules within the ServiceNow Platform, ensuring compliance with Army cybersecurity, accessibility, and records-management requirements.The ideal candidate has proven ServiceNow development experience, strong JavaScript skills, and an understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes, workflow automation, and DoD secure-coding practices.Responsibilities:Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows supporting the SEAM system.Develop client-side (JavaScript, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts) and server-side (Script Includes, Business Rules) functionality.Create and modify catalog items, forms, tables, reports, dashboards, and flows to support business requirements.Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP web services.Troubleshoot and resolve SEAM incidents and defects; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate technical documentation, data dictionaries, and architecture diagrams.Ensure compliance with DoD RMF, STIG, and Section 508 Accessibility standards.Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to support iterative development.Collaborate with cybersecurity, database, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployments in approved environments.Provide configuration management support and promote code through development, test, and production instances following established change-control processes. Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting Army TACOM, CIO/G-6, or other DoD ServiceNow environments.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist).Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Azure integrations.Knowledge of Army Records Management (AR 25-400-2) and Information Assurance (AR 25-2) requirements. Required Qualifications:Active Secret Security Clearance is Required to StartDoD 8570/8140 IAT II Certification is Required to Start, example: Security CEBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.3-6 years of professional software development experience, including:2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or custom applications).Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide APIs.Experience building workflows using Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.Understanding of DoD cybersecurity principles, RMF, and secure-development guidelines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
