Responsibilities
Technical Customer Support & Engagement
- Handle support inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Linq’s software and hardware products.
- Assist users with onboarding, product navigation, and troubleshooting.
- Track shipments and communicate delivery updates clearly and efficiently.
Proactive Customer Success
- Identify and address potential roadblocks before they affect the customer.
- Support customer adoption by ensuring users reach key milestones and value realization.
- Offer guidance that leads to increased satisfaction and retention.
Flexible Schedule
- Work weekdays and occasional weekend shifts.
- Focus on early mornings and late afternoons to ensure customer coverage.
Insight Collection & Documentation
- Accurately document interactions in the CRM.
- Gather and share customer feedback with product and operations teams to improve future experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a technical support or customer-facing role
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience using CRM platforms and support tools.
- Comfort with phone support and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Bonus: Background in SaaS or hardware/software hybrid environments.
