We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support day-to-day financial and bookkeeping operations. This role will be responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with administrative accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have prior accounting or bookkeeping experience along with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
- Maintain and update accurate financial and bookkeeping records.
- Reconcile invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and financial documentation.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on pending payments.
- Support month-end closing and general accounting activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or financial administration required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred.
