Position Summary

The Production Specialist is responsible for performing production tasks on the assembly production line in accordance with company procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, quality standards, and production schedules.

This position will support different workstations on the production line, including material loading, production operations, finished goods packing, packaging, and other production-related tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor.

This position requires the employee to work independently after proper training and to follow company instructions, production standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures. As a Production Specialist, the employee is expected to receive systematic training on all key production line processes and workstations. The employee must be willing to follow company arrangements, learn multiple production line positions, and support different production functions based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily production tasks on the assembly production line according to approved work instructions, production procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Load materials to the production line as required and support smooth production operations.
  • Perform assigned workstation tasks according to the production process and supervisor instructions.
  • Complete finished goods packing and packaging according to company requirements.
  • Follow the production schedule and complete assigned tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Independently complete assigned work after receiving proper training.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures during production activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and company housekeeping standards.
  • Report production issues, material shortages, quality concerns, equipment abnormalities, or safety risks to the Production Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Complete production records, checklists, or basic data entries as required.
  • Participate in cross-training for different workstations on the production line.
  • Follow company arrangements for job rotation, production training, and workstation assignments.
  • Support production efficiency, quality improvement, and continuous improvement activities as required.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or company management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly line, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required, including the ability to enter simple data, check records, and use basic workplace systems after training.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Ability to work independently after proper training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow quality and safety requirements.
  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn multiple production line positions and support cross-functional production needs.

Training Requirement

Because this is a Production Specialist position, the company will provide systematic training on production line operations, work instructions, safety requirements, quality standards, material loading, finished goods packing, packaging, production records, and other related production processes.

The employee is expected to actively participate in training, follow company arrangements, learn different production line positions, and support multiple workstations based on production needs.

Work Environment

This position works in a manufacturing and production environment. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, load materials, complete production operations, pack finished goods, and support production line activities.

Personal protective equipment may be required depending on the work area.

Physical Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly line, warehouse, or production operations
  • Experience working on a production line
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Willingness to learn multiple production line positions
  • Ability to adapt to different workstation assignments based on business needs

Employment Statement

Linksure Inc. may assign or adjust work duties, workstation assignments, training plans, and production responsibilities based on business needs, production schedules, and operational requirements. The employee is expected to follow reasonable company instructions and perform assigned production-related duties after receiving proper training.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
