Responsibilities

• Safely operate various vehicles including commercial trucks and automobiles to deliver goods to retail stores and clients.
• Follow designated routes, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety protocols.
• Conduct heavy lifting using safe lifting practices to load and unload merchandise, ensuring proper handling of items.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for efficient tracking

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial driving, route driving, or automobile transportation is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Basic math skills for handling inventory counts accurately.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, safe lifting practices, and heavy lifting techniques ensures compliance and safety on the job..

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
