PSCI-LIA, a fast-growing 8(a), SDVOSB, and woman-owned small business, is seeking a Project Information Specialist - Facilities, AV & Business Center for an upcoming contract.
Position Summary:
Mid-level IRC team member supporting AV/conference operations, project report library, and admin services. Pairs with the Senior Project Information Specialist on event logistics and provides backup coverage across IRC service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide AV technical support for conference rooms and training rooms during meetings/events.
- Manage agency project report library - cataloging, lending, retrieval, retention.
- Set up conference, board, and training rooms (furniture, AV, materials).
- Create and edit audio-visual content (presentations, videos) for agency use.
- Provide on-site administrative support including facilities, HR, and security coordination as needed.
- Provide training and technical assistance to agency staff.
- Support information and records management activities.
- Move files/boxes as needed (physical demand component).
- Cross-cover other IRC desk functions including reception and mailroom.
Required Education:
- College degree REQUIRED in business or information management; related certifications also acceptable; OR equivalent documented work experience per RFP Section E.1.8.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.
- Experience creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures.
- Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Experience managing an agency project report library.
- Experience with administrative services like office management, building/facilities management, HR, and/or security.
- Ability to provide training and technical assistance to staff.
- Experience in information and records management.
- Proficient in IT programs, databases, and computerized systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Commitment to innovative and quality customer service.
- Physical ability to move large numbers of files and/or file boxes.
- Experience providing on-site AV support during events.
- Experience creating and editing audio-visual content such as presentations and videos.
- Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms.

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications:
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- AV / video editing software experience (Adobe Premiere Rush, Camtasia, Canva).
Clearance & Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizenship required
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a final SECRET security clearance issued by DCSA. An active interim Secret may be acceptable for non-Project Manager positions per PWS D.1.5.1, subject to Contracting Officer discretion.
- Candidates without a current clearance must be eligible to be processed for a Department of State (DOS) Personal Identification Facility Access Card (FAC) prior to start.
- Must complete and pass Certification of Personnel requirements per RFP Section E.1.8 (Certification confirms availability for award and commitment to the position).
- Must consent to and pass a USTDA non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and abide by USTDA dress code, FAR-mandated conduct, and DD-254 classification handling rules.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting hourly rate $26.00 plus SCA H&W of $4.93/hr, 11 federal holidays, vacation and sick leave.
