PSCI-LIA, a fast-growing 8(a), SDVOSB, and woman-owned small business, is seeking a Admin Support/Project Information Specialist for an upcoming contract.
Position Summary
Provides general admin and information services support to USTDA staff. Owns federal travel management coordination, assists with records and information management, and supports conference/AV operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate federal travel arrangements (E2 Solutions / Concur or successor) for USTDA staff.
- Provide admin support across office management, building/facilities, HR, and/or budget/finance.
- Support information and records management activities.
- Provide training and technical assistance to staff.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Provide on-site AV technical support during events (mic/monitor, presentations).
- Create and edit audio-visual content such as presentations and videos.
- Set up conference, board, or training rooms.
- Move files/boxes as needed (physical demand component).
- Cross-cover other IRC functions including reception and mail.
Required Education
- College degree REQUIRED in business or information management, or related certifications; OR equivalent documented work experience
Required Experience
- Minimum 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.
- Experience creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures.
- Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff.
- Experience in information and records management.
- Experience with administrative services like office management, building/facilities, HR, and/or budget/finance.
- Experience with travel management (federal travel preferred).
- Proficient in IT programs, databases, and computerized systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Commitment to innovative and quality customer service.
- Physical ability to move large numbers of files and/or file boxes.
- Experience providing on-site AV support during events.
- Experience creating and editing AV content such as presentations and videos.
- Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms.
- Experience with administrative services like office management, building/facilities, HR, and/or security.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications
- Familiarity with E2 Solutions / Concur or other federal travel system.
- MOS / Microsoft 365 certification.
- Familiarity with FedTraveler, GovTrip, or DTS.
Clearance & Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required (PWS D.1.4).
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a final SECRET security clearance issued by DCSA. An active interim Secret may be acceptable for non-Project Manager positions per PWS D.1.5.1, subject to Contracting Officer discretion.
- Candidates without a current clearance must be eligible to be processed for a Department of State (DOS) Personal Identification Facility Access Card (FAC) prior to start.
- Must complete and pass Certification of Personnel requirements per RFP Section E.1.8 (Certification confirms availability for award and commitment to the position).
- Must consent to and pass a USTDA non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and abide by USTDA dress code, FAR-mandated conduct, and DD-254 classification handling rules.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Hourly rate: $25.00 Plus SCA Health & Welfare, 11 federal holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
