Job Title: Tool & Die Maker
Schedule: Day Shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire / Full-Time
Overview:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join a manufacturing team that values collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and optimize tooling and dies as needed

Operate tool room equipment and machinery with precision

Support press setup and efficiency as a team

Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times

Use problem-solving and root cause analysis to improve processes and quality

Ensure product meets specifications
-
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and 5S/Kaizen practices

Perform other duties as assigned

Be available for overtime as needed
Qualifications:

Ability to interpret blueprints, GD&T, tooling, and part prints

Troubleshooting skills for daily operational issues

Familiarity with measurement tools such as CMM or gaging equipment

Minimum five years’ experience in metal stamping, prototype, tool & die, or die repair

Knowledge of manufacturing quality and environmental standards (e.g., IATF16949, ISO 14001) preferred

High school diploma or GED; technical or trade education is a plus

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, perform repetitive motions, and work in a manufacturing environment

Willingness to work required overtime
