Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable Skiver (Foam) operators to join our production team. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire position with the opportunity for full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate skiving equipment to cut and shape foam materials
- Follow work instructions and production specifications
- Inspect foam for quality and report any defects
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Support production schedules and deadlines
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures
- Previous experience in foam cutting, skiving, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work a 6:00 AM start shift
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- $18/hour starting pay
- 1st shift schedule
- 90-day contract-to-hire with potential for full-time employment
- Hands-on manufacturing experience
