A manufacturing facility in Roseville is looking to hire two skilled Robotic Welders to support its sheet metal department on the afternoon shift. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential following a 90-day contract-to-hire period.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor robotic welding systems to produce high-quality welds on sheet metal components

Load/unload parts into fixtures and inspect welds for accuracy and quality

Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to welding parameters and equipment

Work from blueprints, work orders, and inspection criteria

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain safety standards

Perform routine maintenance and clean-up of robotic cells
Qualifications:

Prior experience operating robotic welding equipment in a manufacturing environment

Familiarity with MIG welding processes and sheet metal fabrication

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
