Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasonal Excavation Laborer to support a variety of projects in the utility and telecommunications field. This role involves manual excavation, assisting the crew Foreman, and transporting materials while following safety protocols.
Responsibilities:

Operate safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and using required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Perform manual excavation by hand-digging holes completely around utility poles.

Assist the crew Foreman with additional tasks as assigned.

Transport equipment and materials to and from utility pole locations.

Lift and carry up to 30 lbs over distances of up to 150 feet.

Engage in intensive manual labor in varying weather conditions and terrain.
Qualifications:

Must be willing to travel to various job sites as required.

Must have reliable transportation to and from job locations.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in varying outdoor conditions, including rugged terrain and diverse weather environments.
