Project Manager – Metro Detroit, MI
Utilities Experience Required
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and on budget.
Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution

Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and risks

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

Prepare status reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and leadership
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards

Mentor and support project team members, including coordinators and field staff
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business

5 years of project management experience in utilities
-
PMP certification or equivalent preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
