Job Title: Quality EngineerLocation: Detroit, MIType: Full-TimeCompensation: Based on experienceWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support new product development, process improvement, and ongoing production activities. This role works closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure products meet all customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport new product and process development using quality engineering methodsManage multiple quality projects during product development, launch, and productionEnsure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirementsInterface directly with customers on quality-related activities and concernsAssist with plant-level quality initiatives, customer issues, supplier issues, and corrective actionsManage quality aspects of assigned product lines and manufacturing processesParticipate in development projects to ensure products and processes meet requirementsCommunicate significant quality issues and recommend process improvementsLead and participate in Corrective Action and Preventive Action effortsReview and disposition non-conforming materials and componentsParticipate in audits and assessments; recommend and support corrective actionsTrain associates on product characteristics and quality awarenessQualificationsKnowledge of GD&TAbility to perform root cause analysis and structured problem solvingExperience with PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and Launch processesProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and ProjectProfessional communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in a CNC production machining and assembly environmentUnderstanding of CNC machining operationsAbility to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 quality standardsHow to ApplyQualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume for immediate consideration.Company DescriptionLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
