By building these living spaces we enable families to take care of their loved ones but also give them independent spaces to live. Pay:

• $60,000-$110,000K Salary

Summary:

• Linked Living is looking for a project manager that will report to the production manager and assist in production management of the company.

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong background in construction
• Strong computer skills (word docs, spreadsheets, email, calendar, etc)
• Ideally this person has worked in construction management for 5 years or similar experience.

Job Description:

• Direct construction of projects based off of blueprints and project specifications
• Schedule subcontractors, employees, and materials
• Purchase materials needed for construction
• Help resolve day to day problems of construction team
• Communicate with customers regarding schedule, decisions, handling concerns, etc…
• Request and ensure successful completion of building inspections
• Find and build relationships with new subcontractors as needed
• Permit acquisition and assist in preconstruction

• Normally Monday-Friday - Saturdays on rare occasion
• Average 45 hrs weekly - Varies with project needs

Travel Needed:

• Minimal travel to job sites when needed

• Job site locations vary - typically within 1 hour of Appleton
