Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing corporate and promotional events from concept to execution
Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor communication, equipment rental, and event setup
Support event managers in handling administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and documentation
Act as on-site support during events to ensure seamless operations
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports
Maintain and update event databases and tracking systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support is an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Comfortable working under pressure and managing deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
